The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art is pleased to offer community members interested in philanthropy, estate planning, and making an impact on arts and culture a variety of resources, including seminars, curator talks, and panel presentations.

Please join us for Fostering Future Museum Leaders, taking place via Zoom on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM.

Ringling fellowships and internships play a vital role in nurturing the next generation of museum leaders. These experiences advance research and scholarship, foster professional development and networking opportunities, and ultimately enrich and diversify the cultural heritage ecosystem.

This virtual program will feature a range of perspectives and insightful stories from current and past Ringling interns and fellows. They'll be joined by Ringling staff and board leadership sharing professional impact of fostering future museum leaders.

Presenters include Ivy Bealer, Education and Engagement Manager at the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, FL; Jevon Brown, Eleanor Merritt Fellow at The Ringling; Dr. Sarah Cartwright, Chief Curator and Ulla R. Searing Curator of Collections at The Ringling; Charlie Farrell, Romare Bearden Fellow at the St. Louis Art Museum, St. Louis, MO; Kyle Mancuso, Curatorial Research Associate at The High Museum of Art, Atlanta, GA. Moderated by Dr. Jay Boda, Associate Director of Academics, Innovation, and Research at The Ringling.
